When I was first served this salsa, I was a bit wary: mango and avocado? Turns out the pairing is delicious! It’s great on its own, but I love it as a side with grilled chicken.
What you need:
- 1-2 avocado
- 2-3 mango
- 1/2 red onion (about 1/3 c.), chopped
- splash of olive oil
- 1 T. lime juice (fresh is great, didn’t have any when taking this picture!)
- salt and pepper, to taste
- mixing bowl
- cutting board and knife

Combine olive oil and lime juice in a mixing bowl. Cut mango, avocado, and red onion. Toss in mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve!
