How to Make Mango Lassi at Home

The first time I had this drink at an Indian restaurant, I couldn’t believe how delicious it was. I don’t often go out for meals, so I decided that I should try to recreate the flavor at home. The result is this yummy drink. This makes a refreshing breakfast, full of fruit and calcium and protein from the yogurt. Or serve it alongside a spicy Indian dinner – the yogurt and the cold will help cut the spiciness. Or enjoy it for an afternoon snack! It would be a great pick-me-up. Frozen mango chunks may be substituted for the fresh mango. (Do not thaw.)
