Weekly Meal Plan #78

This week was a very busy one for me. So, instead of doing meal planning and setting myself up for failure, I decided to fly by the seat of my pants a bit. Some nights, I cobbled together dinner from leftovers. Some nights, the slow cooker prepared dinner for me. And some nights, we had takeout. And I’m okay with that.

Katie’s plan:

  • Slow cooker chicken and corn chowder, make-ahead biscuits, grapes
  • Takeout
  • Quiche with ham, peas and carrots, macaroni and cheese, grapes, chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwiches
  • Quesadillas (cheddar or pizza), strawberries, fresh veggies, pastries
  • Takeout
  • Pizza, fresh veggies, grapes
  • Manhole eggs, cantaloupe
  • Other things to make this week: vanilla ice cream, chocolate chip cookie dough balls for the freezer, muddy buddies, chocolate-covered oreos, pumpkin scones with dark chocolate chips, chocolate-cherry scones, blueberry scone mix, chocolate chip scone mix with nuts, baklava, English muffins, jumbo cranberry-nut muffins, Chai tea mix, Pullman and sandwich bread, English muffin toasting bread, cinnamon sugar focaccia bread
