Thin Crust Barbecue Pulled Pork Pizzas

I love pizza…but even I get a little tired of my kids’ preferred toppings. Have you guessed them yet?? Plain cheese, or pepperoni. Sigh.

I love having leftover pulled pork on hand, because I find a lot of fun different ways to use it! This pizza is one of my favorites. Bursting with flavor – barbecue sauce, green AND red onions, cheddar AND mozzarella cheeses – it makes a fantastic appetizer. We ate it for dinner one night. My kids were initially reluctant, especially the one that normally likes plain cheese pizza, but she was the one who after a few bites piped up and said, “This is the best pizza I’ve ever eaten!” And then she had a second piece.

I wrote about this recipe for Martin’s Supermarkets. Read it here.
