We are starting a new format for our Weekly Meal Plan posts. We will each take turns sharing something that was a highlight from our week, whether that is a new recipe, something that surprised us (good or bad), or something that we find helpful to point out.
My highlight this week is the Avocado Lime Sauce from Catherine McCord’s Weelicious. I had made her chicken taquitos several times before, but not yet tried the avocado lime sauce that she recommends for dipping them. Wow, I certainly saw why she recommended the pair! It was delicious. I used the leftover sauce as a sandwich spread the next day, and that was equally good. I highly recommend it!
