Barbecue Beef Sandwiches

This is the kind of recipe that you need in your back pocket when you’re hosting a party: delicious and flavorful as if you’ve put in a lot of effort, but – really and truly – ridiculously easy.

This is a favorite in my husband’s family, where any reason is a good reason to collect a mob of people and celebrate. It’s easy to scale up or down, based on your crowd. Enjoy!
