Two Recipes Using Pumpkin: Pumpkin Bars & Pumpkin Muffins

Fall is my favorite season. There’s something about the crisp air, the rosy cheeks, the falling leaves, and the shortening days that makes my heart sing. And of course, the prevalence of pumpkin in baked goods doesn’t hurt!

I personally feel that pumpkin is appropriate to eat all year long, so when cans of pumpkin go on sale in the fall, I stock up so that I have plenty of pumpkin to bake with all year long!
