Blueberry-Lime Coffeecake with Streusel Topping

In my latest post for Martin’s Supermarkets, I made a delicious blueberry-lime coffeecake with streusel topping. It’s super-yummy, cake-y and moist and full of tart berries. The best part? It’s make-ahead: you can freeze it when berries are in season and pull it out mid-winter for a hit of delicious blueberries, or you can make it for tomorrow’s breakfast and it won’t lose its texture and flavor.
