Two Recipes Using Blueberries: Blueberry Muffins & Blueberry Ice Cream

Our families love blueberries. Every year, we pick buckets and buckets of blueberries – some to eat fresh, and much more to freeze.


Whether fresh or frozen, blueberries are fantastic in these two recipes. My favorite blueberry muffin recipe is both fast and easy, and the flavor can’t be beat. Plus, it’s mixed up in one bowl!

Theresa’s blueberry ice cream recipe is vibrantly purple, creamy, and sweet. It has been used in homemade ice cream cakes, as well as enjoyed with crushed gingersnaps sprinkled on top.
